General Terms and Conditions apply to all consultancy, business support, and professional services offered by Safari Star LLC (“Safari Star,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to clients engaging with our company.
1. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
1.1 “Client” refers to the individual, company, or organization that enters into an agreement with Safari Star for consultancy or business support services.
1.2 “Confidential Information” means any proprietary or sensitive information shared between the Client and Safari Star, including but not limited to business strategies, financial details, operational procedures, contracts, and trade secrets.
1.3 “Consultant” refers to Safari Star LLC and its authorized representatives.
1.4 “Contract” refers to the agreement between the Client and Safari Star that outlines the scope of services, payment terms, and other applicable conditions.
1.5 “Engagement” refers to any contractual agreement where Safari Star provides services to the Client in exchange for a fee.
1.6 “Force Majeure” refers to unforeseen circumstances beyond a party’s reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, government actions, labor strikes, pandemics, or cyberattacks, that prevent contract fulfillment.
1.7 “Project” refers to the specific services Safari Star has agreed to provide the Client under a Contract.
1.8 “Purchase Order” refers to the online or written request for services, setting out the details of the engagement, fees, and required deliverables.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Safari Star and override any conflicting terms introduced by the Client unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
2.2 By engaging Safari Star’s services, the Client agrees to these Terms, even if they are not explicitly referenced in future agreements.
2.3 Safari Star reserves the right to update these Terms periodically, and continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES
3.1 Safari Star will determine the method, schedule, and personnel assigned to carry out the agreed-upon services while considering the Client’s reasonable requests.
3.2 Safari Star commits to executing the Project with professional diligence and in accordance with the Contract.
3.3 The Client acknowledges that timelines for service delivery may be subject to change due to project modifications, external factors, or unforeseen circumstances.
3.4 If external circumstances impact the Engagement beyond Safari Star’s control, necessary adjustments to scope, timelines, and costs may be implemented, with additional costs borne by the Client.
3.5 Safari Star may replace assigned personnel during the Engagement if it believes such replacement will enhance service delivery.
3.6 Safari Star will provide periodic reports on service progress at agreed intervals or upon request.
4. SUBCONTRACTORS
4.1 Safari Star may involve subcontractors to enhance service quality. These subcontractors will be bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements equivalent to those applicable to Safari Star.
4.2 Upon request, Safari Star may disclose the identities of subcontractors engaged in a project.
5. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
5.1 The Client must provide all necessary information, documentation, and cooperation required for Safari Star to perform its services.
5.2 The Client guarantees that all information provided is accurate, complete, and reliable.
5.3 The Client shall ensure that Safari Star’s personnel work in a safe environment when services are provided on-site. The Client indemnifies Safari Star against any liability resulting from unsafe working conditions.
5.4 The Client shall inform Safari Star of any material changes that may impact the Engagement.
6. FEES & PAYMENT TERMS
6.1 Fees for services are specified in the Contract or Purchase Order.
6.2 Payment is due in full before service commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.3 Payments must be made via bank transfer, credit card (Visa & MasterCard), or other pre-approved methods.
6.4 Any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) or other governmental charges will be added to the service fee and reflected on invoices.
6.5 Late payments may result in:
- Suspension of services.
- Additional administrative or penalty fees.
- Termination of the Engagement, with all outstanding fees remaining due.
6.6 Any additional costs incurred due to Client delays, including missed deadlines or incomplete documentation, will be charged to the Client.
7. TERMS OF PAYMENT
- All payments (except as otherwise indicated) are payable to our company bank account only. Please contact us for the complete details.
- Payments must be made in advance for all services, except where postdated cheques or another form of guarantee covering the entirety of the services is received and approved.
- The customer is required to provide payment via cash, bank transfer, credit card (Visa & MasterCard), or postdated cheques upon application, amounting to the agreed Support Services terms for the duration of the trade license or as otherwise agreed.
- Customers under 18 years of age are not permitted to register or make transactions.
- All government fees will be paid by the client on top of Safari Star’s fee structure.
- The PO Box details on our trade license cannot be used to receive mail or packages for yourself or your company. Any mail or packages sent to these PO Boxes will be destroyed.
- If government fees exceed the package cost, the client must pay the difference to Safari Star.
- If payment for the renewal of the Safari Star package (Support Services and Company Registration) is not made by the expiry date of the company Trade License, all services will be discontinued. A 500 AED reconnection fee will apply for suspended telephone numbers. Additionally, a 100 AED daily penalty will be charged after the expiry date until you either renew or complete the cancellation process.
- Some services may be provided and governed by a third-party operator. Safari Star carries no liability for agreements between the client and third-party operators.
- Any payments received by Safari Star towards any product or service are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
8. NON-PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
8.1 If payment for any agreed-upon products or corporate support services is not cleared within 30 days of the due date, legal action will be taken to recover the funds.
8.2 This policy applies even if:
- The payment is for a service or product that has not yet started.
- The customer has not provided Safari Star with all required documentation.
- The customer’s application is rejected by the licensing/government authority for any reason.
Safari Star operates strictly as a consultancy. We do not issue government licenses, IDs, visas, or other government documents. All official documents are processed and issued by the relevant UAE free zones or Saudi authorities. Our services are limited to advisory, facilitation, and PRO support in accordance with our licensed activity.
